Orders must be placed in increments of the designated minimum for each product.
All new accounts must supply GeoCentral with a credit card or signed credit application including a minimum of three trade references and one bank reference, account numbers, address and telephone numbers. F.O.B. Mason, Ohio.
Terms and pricing of original orders will apply to all backorders. All backorders $100.00 or less are subject to cancellation without notice.

Credit card on initial order or Net 30 days upon approval of credit. Invoice to be paid 30 days from invoice date. Any invoice not paid within terms will be subject to a late fee.

Prepaid payment must be received 10 days prior to ship date for total amount of the order plus 20% to cover shipping (ground shipments within continental US only). Credit card payments are not considered prepaid. The check or ACH payment for the full amount must accompany your order. COD not accepted.
There is a $25 fee for any check returned by the bank as unpaid.
Any damage or breakage to your merchandise upon receipt of shipment must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier’s inspection and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. GeoCentral is not responsible for any damage after receipt by customer’s freight forwarder. Any damages or shortages must be reported to GeoCentral within 5 days of receipt. GeoCentral charges a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. Additionally, customer is responsible for freight charges on refused merchandise, including any return freight charges from the carrier. No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been obtained from GeoCentral. Products must be in original packaging and be in resalable condition. Products that have been customized cannot be returned. Unused credits expire in 2 years.
Responsibility for your order passes to you as FOB at the GeoCentral warehouse dock in Mason, Ohio. At this time, you accept responsibility for shipment and freight and are entitled to inspection of goods. When placing your order, you must include instructions if any assistance is needed in the delivery of your order. Customers are responsible for any inside or residential delivery charges, and any lift gate charges, along with any charges made by freight carriers for multiple delivery attempts, redelivering, or rerouting and delivery appointments.
Freight caps (when applicable) apply to all products in an order and cannot be applied to backorders or preorders. Any backorders will be shipped with regular freight rates and may be cancelled by GeoCentral, depending on the amount. Freight cap orders must ship to one location and are valid only throughout the continental United States. GeoCentral chooses the carrier. All freight caps will be calculated on the full wholesale price of the product before any discounts. Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or freight programs. GeoCentral may amend or cancel this program at any time. Items identified as oversized freight may not qualify for freight promotions. Contact your local sales rep or customer service for more details.
We ask that you NOT refuse shipments from GeoCentral. Please accept the delivery and then contact us directly to resolve any issues, including damaged product and incorrect orders.

While we understand that MSRPs may be different, we recommend no less than a 2x markup when selling GeoCentral products.

We expect our supply partners to meet our high standards of ethical conduct, to implement honorable policies and practices, and to treat their employees fairly, in accordance with local laws and regulations. We require all of our suppliers to sign an agreement attesting to those standards, and we take all measures possible to ensure that the products we secure are ethically sourced, including regular factory visits and inspections. Under no circumstances should our product be resold onto third party sites. These sites include, but are not limited to, Zulilly, Faire, E-Bay, Abound, TopTenWholesale, Amazon, etc. Upon purchasing our products, you are agreeing to sell our items for your own store’s commercial use, whether that is a physical store or any other form of channel, at above wholesale prices. Putting products up onto third party sites will result in immediate termination of membership, and potential legal ramifications. We hold the right to terminate any membership at our discretion with or without notification to the infringing account(s).
We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed in violation of this policy. We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases made off GeoCentral’s website, social media accounts, trade show booths, or any other form of owned channel. Upon purchasing our products, you are automatically agreeing to these terms and to use our products strictly for your company’s own commercial use at above wholesale pricing.
