What is the minimum opening order amount?
For new customers our minimum order amount is $150 USD per destination.

What is the minimum reorder amount?
For returning customers our minimum order amount is $100 USD per destination.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, however, you must place separate orders that meet order minimums. ($150 USD per destination for new customers and $100 USD per destination for returning customers.) A new destination for an existing customer must meet the $100 minimum.

Who pays freight?
Customer is responsible for paying freight charges on all orders under $1,000 USD. (FOB Mason, Ohio). GeoCentral offers an everyday freight allowance on orders over $1,000 USD, shipping to a destination within the contiguous United States if the order is paid within terms. For orders not paid within terms, customer is responsible for all freight charges.

Who is pays for lift gate charges?
Customer is responsible for lift gate charges.

What credit cards do you accept?
GeoCentral accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards are charged at time of shipping.

What terms do you offer?
Customer may apply for Net 30 payment terms by filling out a Credit Application subject to GeoCentral approval. Please allow one week for credit approval. Click here to download a Credit Application

Can I prepay for my order?
Yes, you can pre-pay for an order. Payment must include shipping and handling charges. For UPS ground service to Ohio estimate 6%, and all other states 12%. Except Alaska and Hawaii.

What happens if my check is returned?
GeoCentral will apply a $25 USD fee for all checks returned by the bank as unpaid.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Any damage to your merchandise must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier to inspect and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. Any damages or shortages must be reported to GeoCentral within five (5) days of receipt. GeoCentral is not responsible for any damage after receipt by customer’s freight forwarder.

Can I return product?
Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. Product must be in original packaging, in resalable condition and within 30 days of receipt of product. You may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Product that has been customized may not be returned.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, GeoCentral ships worldwide.
